All data provided to the TELLUR app is stored and processed by the operator, Tuya Smart Inc.(hereafter referred to as "the operator"). The collection, processing, and management of your data are carried out by the operator on behalf of TELLUR.

Any information you share with the operator will be used to provide and improve the services.   • Purchasing Tellur Products: If you make a purchase through the Tellur website, we collect your Tellur account ID, name, phone number, order number, invoice date, and purchased item details. ABN Systems International SRL handles after-sales services for Tellur hardware and may collect additional data for this purpose.
  • Activating Tellur Devices: During activation, we collect details such as age, height, weight, gender, and additional profile information (e.g., birthday, photo, signature).

  • Non-Registered Account Data: You may use certain services without registering or logging in through the "Try Now" mode, where minimal data is collected. Once you exit this mode, your data is permanently removed.
